Come experience nature as Saint Francis did, as a reflection of the Creator. Bring your family and enjoy a day in the hill country exploring nature, competing in outdoor activities, earning religious activity patches, and more for our annual Catholic Scouting Family Retreat at Eagle's Wings Retreat Center. Open to all families (scouting involvement not required) and all scouting troops and organizations. The cost is $50 per family or $15 for individual; before July 14, 2026. DRE’s with 0-3 years of experience are invited to the annual bootcamp. Bootcamp is an opportunity to equip yourself with the knowledge, courage, and wisdom you will need to tackle all the responsibilities that come your way, including using approved texts, EIM requirements and the like. At this Mass, Scouts from Scouts BSA, Girl Scouts, and American Heritage Girls who have earned a religious emblem or award in the previous year. Eagle Scouts and Gold Award and Stars and Stripes awardees are invited to attend. Adult recognition awards are also awarded at this Mass.Read More
