Registration Information
DCYC is a weekend of spiritual growth and fellowship that annually welcomes over 2,600 high school youth, youth directors, and chaperones. The event takes place at the Waco Convention Center in Waco, Texas.
The event offers an expanded vendor/exhibitor space that has proven to be a great opportunity for Catholic companies to reach young and young-at-heart Catholics across the central Texas area.
Vendor and Exhibitorbooth spaces are approximately 8 ft. X 10 ft., and include one 8-foot table, two chairs, and two meal tickets for Saturday lunch and dinner. All other costs are at the expense of the vendor/exhibitor.
The cost for a space is $550 for vendors and $300 for exhibitors. Additional booth spaces are available for $200 (limit 1 per company). Space is limited to 35 total spaces; please register early. Additional information can be found to the right.
Vendors are reminded that the cost of their products should range from $5 to $75 as your target audience is high school teens; vendors are discouraged from bringing large, high-dollar items to sell.
