Caitlin Morneau serves as Director of Restorative Justice at Catholic Mobilizing Network, where she oversees program development that activates Catholics to embrace healing approaches to harm and crime. As an educator, author, speaker, and community organizer, Caitlin is committed to engaging restorative practices that honor the human dignity of every person, no matter the harm that someone has suffered or caused. Caitlin has over 15 years of experience in volunteer management, operations, and program implementation at local and national non-profits, including Catholic Charities of Baltimore, Catholic Volunteer Network, Youth Service Opportunities Project, and Bethlehem Farm. While at CMN, Caitlin has led the co-creation of several major publications. She is also the host of CMN’s podcast, Encounters with Dignity.
