Restorative Justice Day of Reflection

In recent years, Restorative Justice has set aside a day to reflect on ministry to the incarcerated. Continuing that tradition, lay faithful are invited to participate in this Day of Reflection.

Date & Time: August 1, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Location: Cedarbrake Catholic Retreat Center (5602 Hwy 317 N, Temple, TX 76502)

Join Restorative Justice ministers and volunteers from across the Diocese of Austin for a day of prayer, encouragement, and spiritual renewal. The reflection, “In God’s Presence with Those We Encounter,” features distinguished speakers sharing their lived experiences, with special presentations by One Parish One Prison Ministry and the Women’s Storybook Project.

• The day begins with Mass celebrated by Bishop Daniel Garcia.

• Light breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided.
