The Diocesan Catholic Youth Conference (DCYC) provides an opportunity for youth to encounter Christ through liturgy, sacraments, and engaging presentations that reflect the diverse needs of the youth of the Austin diocese.
The Rite of Election will be held February 22 at St. John Vianney in Round Rock. There will be two celebrations: 2 and 5 p.m. Pre-registration is requested. Visit https://www.austindiocese.org/rite-of-election.
Join us for an introduction to the Catechetical Accompaniment Process. Dr. Joseph White will offer a presentation on how to create a more evangelizing catechesis program using the new USCCB document. This is an in-person session only; lunch will be provided. Cost is $15 per person.
We invite you to participate in live demonstrations with representatives from Corazon Puro (R.E.A.L Formation) and Good Catechesis as they share their interactive and engaging Apps and faith-based games, designed for today’s children and teens. Leaders will have a choice of in-person or virtual attendance.
The annual diocesan Middle School Rally will be held on April 11 at St. John Vianney Parish in Round Rock. This is an opportunity for youth in grades 6-8 from across the diocese to come together in a conference format for a fun-filled day of dynamic keynote presentations, prayer, fellowship, and workshops that help them grow in faith.
